A grave in the shape of a tumulus was found in the vicinity of Crikvenica, in the area of Stolnič, where the cremated remains of two persons were discovered placed in a ceramic urn.
During the burial ritual, objects that belonged to the deceased person were placed alongside the urn – needles, bracelets and fibulae. We notice an interesting phenomenon on the jewellery here – the ritualization, that is the deliberate fragmentation of jewellery during the burial ritual.
