The indigenous people

In order to understand better the historical framework of the story about Ad Turres, we should go back even deeper in the past - the period of ancient history before the arrival of the Romans to our coast.

The attractiveness of Vinodol was recognised even in ancient times. At the turn of the Bronze Age into the Iron Age, approximately three thousand years ago, the Kvarner area was inhabited by people who eventually became the indigenous people of the area.
